2. Tourist Visa Services:
● Processing and Confirmation: Visa processing begins upon receipt of payment and necessary documentation. Confirmation of application submission will be provided via email.
● Cancellations & Refunds: Tourist visa cancellations made within 24 working hours of payment and supported by valid claim documents are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, 50% will be refunded upon the submission of valid documents, and 50% retained.
● Visa Rejections: Elite Way is not liable for visa rejections by any embassy or consulate, and no refund will be provided if the visa application is denied, unless valid claim documents are provided for the rejection.
3. Travel Services:
● Booking and Confirmation: All travel-related bookings, including flights, hotels, and transportation, are confirmed upon payment. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer.
● Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations within 24 working hours of booking are eligible for a full refund with valid claim documents. After 24 hours, a 50% refund will be provided, with 50% retained upon submission of valid claims.
● Changes to Itinerary: Any changes to the itinerary requested by the customer will be subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Trekking Services:
● Booking and Confirmation: All trekking bookings are confirmed after receipt of payment. Confirmation details, including itinerary and guides, will be provided via email.
● Cancellations & Refunds: If a trekking service is canceled within 24 working hours of booking, a full refund will be issued upon the submission of valid claim documents. After 24 hours, a 50% refund will be provided with valid documents, with 50% retained.
● Weather & Safety: In the event of unfavorable weather or unsafe trekking conditions, Elite Way reserves the right to reschedule the trek or provide a partial refund, subject to the specific circumstances and upon submission of valid claims.
5. Technical Support Services:
● Booking and Confirmation: Any technical support provided by Elite Way’s technicians is confirmed upon payment.
● 100% Refund within 24 Working Hours: Customers may request a 100% refund within 24 working hours if they are dissatisfied with the technical support service and submit valid claim documentation.
● Zero Refund After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the claim documentation provided.
● Feedback Call: After the 24-hour period, a feedback call can be arranged to assess the situation and attempt to resolve the issue. However, no refunds will be issued following this call.
